QUALITY POLICY

We want to be a reliable and prospective partner for our Customers and environment.

The object of our activity is the supply of castings of non-ferrous metals and carryingout the processes of rough and finish machining at the highest level together with effective and expected by our Customers service, in conditions, ensuring the environment protection.

Our quality objectives are:

full identification of needs and expectations of our Customers;
supply of products, complying to specific requirements of the Customer and even exceeding them;
selection of suppliers, providing raw materials and products, necessary for production of castings and their machining according to requirements of our Customers,
realisation of products during processes of casting and machining according to the procedures and specifications,
continuous improvement of processes and products to get the highest added value by the Customer and the Company;
continuous growth of competence of employees and consciousness related to the quality of actions, carried out by them;

The Board commits itself to:

ensure means for realisation of the appointed objectives,
recognize the Quality Policy as the basic element of the Company's strategy,
maintain and continuously develop the quality management system,
shape a belief that the responsibility for Quality lays on each employee.

"We want to monitor and measure those objectives through the implemented Quality Management System ISO 9001:2000; and the use of Information Management System VARIO.Those systems allow us for total control of production and immediate responce to the information from the Customer and from the operators of the machines."
